CEO of CGI Communications Bob Bartosiewicz Continues Spotlighting Communities

How Do You Get The World To See Your Town?

When the world was a simpler place, before pandemics and lockdowns, I would fill my gas tank and pick a road and drive.

This led to seeing small towns and communities that I had never heard of before. Casually driving around revealed that even small and sleepy burgs have at least one or two things that are interesting to see.

This is the USA, and there are more communities than any of us will ever be able to take a Sunday cruise through. Every one of them has a story to tell and an experience to offer to whoever passes through.

So how would you get your community’s story out if you wanted people on the road to swing by and take a look around?

That’s a question that CGI Communications CEO Bob Bartosiewicz and his people have been striving to answer from the moment he was inspired to help communities put themselves on the map.

It Started With Hand-Drawn Maps

The early days saw CGI Communications CEO Bob Bartosiewicz and his crew drawing “personality maps” for towns, each of them unique to their intended towns and cities.

In the age of the internet and social media, CGI Communications CEO Bob Bartosiewicz’s vision has only had room to thrive and then some.

CGI Communications is a marketing and advertising firm that helps municipalities across the country let the rest of the USA know they’re here by producing video tours.

Your Video: We Are Here and Here’s Who We Are

If CGI Communications CEO Bob Bartosiewicz and his employees came to your municipality, they would create videos highlighting the parks you have and the opportunities for recreation and things to do in general.

The videos also highlight the history of the area to truly create a unique fingerprint in viewers’ minds, and the videos also offer a greeting by either the mayor or a top public official.

And the videos aren’t out just to say, ‘Hey, these people are here.’ They’re also aiming to drive traffic to local businesses.

When CGI Communications CEO Bob Bartosiewicz isn’t communicating with a city’s mayor, he’s dealing with the local chamber of commerce.

Their website is chock full of testimonials from communities talking about the impact that CGI Communications CEO Bob Bartosiewicz and his company have made on the merchants in the community.

The value of this in the era of Covid-19 is a no-brainer when businesses need all the help they can get.

The New Flow in Valley Stream

One of the more inspiring examples is shared from a village called Valley Stream that participated in CGI Communications’ banner program.

The village had initiated a downtown facelift by installing decorative lanterns and sprucing up the streets. The banners hung on the light posts dovetailed nicely with the aesthetic, really enhancing the appearance of the merchants’ area.

Businesses in Valley Stream have commented on the impact the banners have made on driving customers through their doors.

One of the video testimonials shows the banners hanging in the streets of the village of Valley Stream. Beside them are hanging potted plants.

For lack of better words, the banners lend a very “developed” and “storybook” look. The charm is real.

Your Community is The Star

CGI Communications CEO Bob Bartosiewicz and his company were 100% print in the beginning. Now a video production giant, their video department is well over a hundred staff strong. They’ve truly outdone themselves with each community that they have worked with.

Each of them has something good to say about reaching out to Bob and CGI. They seem to give some growth to wherever they visit.
